Career Path: Pastor 1969-1970; Interim Pastor 1972-1976; Pulpit Supply 1977- present; Faculty, Baptist Bible College & Seminary, 1970-1999; Penn State University, 1992-1999; Grand Rapids Theological Seminary, 1999-present; and significant experience in middle eastern archaeological excavation and research.

Research Interests: Old Testament Narrative studies and Old Testament Archaeology Personal: Dr. Lawlor and his wife, Mary Ellen, enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
