Research Interests: Organizational transformation; Leadership; Teaching & Learning.

Personal: Professor Osborn and his wife, Karen, have been married since 1992 and have four children (Zach: 9, Sawyer: 7, Jake: 5, and Issi: 2). His hobbies include: coaching soccer, wakeboarding with his family, web page development and reading.
