Congratulations on your acceptance to Grand Rapids Theological Seminary.  We are looking forward to continuing to work with you as you begin your journey at GRTS.  Below is a list of things you will want to consider before beginning at GRTS.

1. Apply for financial aid.

Complete both the Seminary Scholarship Application  and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) application. Our/Cornerstone University’s school code is 002266.

2. Register for classes.

GRTS Admissions will send you an important e-mail about class registration for the upcoming semester. Reply to the e-mail or call 800.697.1133 to register for classes.

3. Pay your school bill.

Once you have been accepted and register for classes, you will receive a bill in the mail shortly before the start of the semester. You have three payment options:

 

  1. Pay in-person at the Business Office by the semester start date (check or credit card; credit card fee applies)
  2. Pay by phone at 616.222.1445 by credit card (credit card fee applies)
  3. Enroll in the automatic four-payment plan ($50 fee/semester)

 

4. Download syllabi and purchase books.

The Hoch Bookroom website provides course syllabi and lists of required textbooks. We will update the book lists as they are made available by professors.

5. RSVP for the next New Student Orientation on January 23, 2012.
