GRTS and Cornerstone University share a 123-acre campus four miles from downtown Grand Rapids and 30-45 minutes from Lake Michigan. The Leon J. Wood Seminary Building and many other buildings on Cornerstone's campus have recently been renovated. In 2005 a new GRTS chapel was built. In the fall of 2007 the GRTS community celebrated the grand opening of the Wilson-Beals Faculty Center. This addition to the seminary building provides new offices for GRTS faculty to prepare for classes, meet with students, and advance their academic disciplines.
The second floor of the seminary building was recently renovated into the Dobson Student Center in honor of Dr. Ed Dobson, former pastor of Calvary Church and longtime friend of GRTS. In the Dobson Student Center students enjoy studying with a beautiful view of the campus lake. The Carl B Hoch, Jr. Bookroom was also relocated upstairs as a new space to purchase excellent bible-ministry-theology books and engage in theological inquiry over a cup of Starbucks coffee (with the recently installed Starbucks coffee machine). Some of the recent GRTS faculty publications are also available for purchase in the bookroom.
