The GLC is a study and outreach center, led by Dr. David Livermore,
where we focus on key issues facing ministry leaders in the 21st Century world. In turn, we develop educational resources to help meet those needs. GLC exists to expand the work of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary to leaders and ministries who would not otherwise benefit from the scholarship and service of GRTS facutly, students and staff.
The Global Learning Center's primary way of serving the worldwide Church is by providing training, consulting, and resources that serve the missional work of others. We're committed to doing this in a way that is accessible (cost, location, contextualized, practitioner-oriented), and research-based.
While our primary way of engaging in worldwide mission is in preparing and resourcing missional leaders, GLC is also involved in some hands-on cross-cultural ministry of its own--GATE.
