Cultural Intelligence (CQ)

CQ is defined as the ability to effectively adapt to new cultural contexts. GLC is currently engaged in the "Cultural Intelligence and Ministry Leadership" project, a series of research initiatives exploring the role of cultural intelligence in how we engage in mission glocally.
